Why Fitness

Of course I understand why you ask this. This is mindful entrepreneurship after all. First, it’s where my head is write now after 2 months of not doing much more than walking, I’ve had it. I need to get situated with a fitness routine. The pandemic is likely not going to magically disappear. In the meantime, I can build a fitness routine by jump starting with 30-days.

You’ll find that this is my most personal blog. It recounts things in a less formal way than some of my other channels like LinkedIn and some websites like Mindful.wtf. I want folks to see the actual process of mindfulness and entrepreneurship here. My wellness is one way to give you that. Here’s my thought about mindfulness and business today:

Reach for something
Anything
Master something
Anything
Just start right now
If there is any pause
Smile
And do it anyway.

Think of it this way, you’re a caterpillar and inching along. Maybe you’re even a big caterpillar. Inch by inch you go. Sudden one day, you’ve inched along far enough and you become the butterfly or moth or whatever flying thing you want!
