Day 3-4: Rest and Keeping Going

Yesterday, I went ahead and added 150 punches because I just wanted to. I’m all out of sync with the 4 different challenges. I’ll get it together. I realized there is not one day when all the challenges take a break. Oops.

Today, I took a nice walk with my Mom. I got my squats out of the way in the morning. Now I have the other 3 parts left. Next up is pushups, planks, and crunches. Ah my head is aching today. I think I got too much sleep last night LOL.

Adding my meditation practice for today – Mindful Breathing from www.My.Life. It’s about a 5 min meditation that I enjoy. I needed it too. The app has lots of them. I also like the check that’s part of the app.
