Day 5 – I decided to take some CDB to see if I could eek out another hour of sleep. My 5 AM wakeup is making me feel sluggish. It worked! I sleep to about 630 now after waking up briefly at 5AM. I’ll see how this goes. I just think my body need a little more rest than it is getting.
I’m still trying to figure out if early morning is the best time for me to get my workout out of the way. I don’t seem too with it when I’m doing the exercises. I think it might have to do with not being fully awake yet.
Today’s workout:
- Push ups 4/10/4 – 3 reps
- Squats 70 / overshoot to 75
- Plank 40 sec / overshoot to 60
- Crunch 40 / overshoot to 50
